We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with great attention to detail in the room. The facilities were great, including a beautiful building and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, being very close to the train station and conveniently close to shops.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely friendly hotel. The room was super clean and the decor was excellent throughout. The comfortable bed with crisp clean linen made for a great night's sleep. I really appreciated having a fridge, crockery, and cutlery in the room. The air conditioning was perfect and kept me cool. The hotel's location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a really great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street, yet still conveniently close to the train station. The rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, and I especially loved the attention to detail, like the window into the breakfast buffet room on the higher floor. Speaking of breakfast, the view of the little garden while enjoying a cup of coffee was a delightful way to start the day!

Convenient location, close to Kensington Olympia Exhibition Hall and London Overground station. Clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast served in a pleasant conservatory overlooking a garden. Affordable and good value for money.

The breakfast room is quite small, causing a lot of people to be turned away and making it difficult to enjoy a nice meal.

The room was nicely decorated and a nice size, with a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the train station and easily accessible to key areas of the city. Another advantage was the attentive staff, who were always ready to assist with any queries or requests.
The breakfast experience was disappointing. The breads were hard, the coffee undrinkable, and the boiled eggs were severely overboiled, resulting in a blue hue.
